Art was preceded in death by his first wife JoAnn (nee Durdella) and is survived by their daughter Diane Trush (Jeff), her three children Chad, Danny and Jaclyn (their spouses) and 7 grandchildren; beloved son of Walter and Mary Dombrowski (both deceased); dearest brother of the following deceased: Walter Prusak Sr. (Helen), Al Dombrowski, Genevieve Frac (Ed) and Frances Ulaszewski (Max). dear bother-in-law of Carol (Richard) Zoss and Ray (Lin) Kozlowski; dear uncle, great uncle and friend to all. Art loved food, playing his accordion, fishing and cheering on his Cleveland sports teams. Funeral services 10:15 a.m. Wednesday, April 19, 2017 at GOLUBSKI FUNERAL HOME, 5986 RIDGE RD., PARMA. Funeral Mass 11 AM at St. Charles Borromeo Church. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery. Friends received 3-7 PM TUESDAY.
