Funeral services Tuesday, March 29, 2016 at 9:00 a.m. at GOLUBSKI FUNERAL HOME, 5986 RIDGE RD., PARMA and 10:00 a.m. at St. Michael Church (Independence, OH). Entombment All Saints Cemetery. Friends received MONDAY 3-8 PM. Family suggests memorials be made in her name to Cassidy’s Hope Foundation or Holy Family Hospice.
