JAN (JOHN) WODZISZ, age 82, of Brunswick, Ohio passed away peacefully surrounded by family on June 27, 2026. Beloved husband of Teresa (nee Sokolowski) for 58 years. Loving father of Annette Pohlchuck (David). Proud “Dzadzi” (Grandpa) of Olivia and Landon Pohlchuck. Dear brother of Maria (deceased), Kazimierz (Ann), Halina Sikora (Marian), Izabela Chapple (James), and Stanley (Suzetta). Dear brother-in-law of Elizabeth Swienc (Mitchell), Halina Godlewski (Stanley), Stanley Sokolowski (Elizabeth), and Bozena Szkiladz (Adam). Beloved uncle, great uncle, godfather, and friend to many. Preceded in death by his parents, Stanislaw and Helena Wodzisz (nee Bujak). He was born in Brzeziny, Poland on April 22, 1944.
Funeral Mass 10 AM Thursday, July 2, 2026 at St. Columbkille Church, (6740 Broadview Road, Parma, 44134). Meet at church. Interment Holy Cross Cemetery (14609 Brookpark Rd, Brookpark 44142).
