Joanna Marie Misnik, age 81, beloved daughter of Sophia (nee Siemienkowski) and Joseph (both deceased), dear sister of the following deceased: Marcia, Joseph, Jr and Ruth, dear aunt of Lenore Nicastro and Shawna Misnik, great aunt of Nicholas Misnik and Jadon Misnik, and dear cousin.
Joanna was a resident of Chicago. IL. She was a political activist devoted to social causes, an active member of Democratic Socialists of America, and retired as a communications specialist with SEIU Local 73 in Chicago. A graduate of John Adams High School, Wayne State University Alumna and also attended C.W.R.U. and C.S.U.
