John James Grad, age 73, passed away peacefully at the David Simpson Hospice House in Cleveland, OH on Thursday, September 17, 2021. He is survived by his wife of 10 years, Pamela Burtonshaw; step-son Matthew Burtonshaw; sons, Christopher and Thomas (Paul Shupe), daughters, Lana Briggs (Jeff) and Alison; brother, George, niece Suzanne Widing (Ryan) and their son, Pacey, nephew, Jonathan and several cousins. John performed in Community Theaters for over 40 years and was an avid golfer, bicyclist and military historian. He was a loving husband, father and true friend to many. Cremation handled by Golubski Funeral Home. Burial will be private. A Memorial Service/ Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
