Larry D. Jones, 74, of Newburgh Heights, Ohio passed away peacefully on January 9, 2022.
Larry was born on Sept. 2, 1947 to Floyd and Margaret (Virginia) Jones. After graduating high school Larry served his country in the United States Air Force. He is a veteran of the Vietnam War. Once discharged from the Air Force, Larry proudly served with the Cleveland Police Department for 27 years.
Larry is survived by his wife of 50 years, Roberta and two children Steven (Vinetia) Jones and Stacey (Christopher) Bahr. He also has 4 beautiful grandchildren: Ryan, Olivia, Hayden and Emma. He also leaves behind numerous family and friends that loved him dearly.
We will have a Celebration of Life for Larry at a later date. The family wants to send their heartfelt thank you to the Hospice of Western Reserve who helped to take excellent care of Larry.
