Brother of the following deceased; Edek Piaskowiak, Leokadja Matusiak and Kamila Gladysz (all of Poland), uncle and great uncle to many. Services Monday, September 19, 2016 at 2 P.M. at GOLUBSKI FUNERAL HOME, 5986 RIDGE RD., PARMA where friends will be received from 1 P.M. UNTIL TIME OF SERVICE. Interment Brooklyn Heights Cemetery.
