NORMA V. TARR (nee Stephenson), born May 30, 1935, died March 5, 2017. Beloved daughter of Richard and Frances Stephenson (both deceased); dear sister of Juanita J. Flinner; dear aunt of Valerie and Bonnie, great aunt of Layla and Marlena. Norma worked for the Cleveland Public Schools from 1957-1986. Memorial service and interment will be private. Family suggests memorials to The Hospice of the Western Reserve.
