Raymond Edward Cendrowski

Raymond “Ray” was born in Jan. 1928 to Katherine (Skeplinski) and Stanislaus Cendrowski. He lived his whole life in the Fleet Ave neighborhood. Ray served his country for two years in Korea. After which he married Helen Ann Resak, they have 3 sons, born 1957, 1959 and 1965. He retired from the trades in the 90’s before the love of his life passed in 1995. Ray was a devout Catholic and lifelong member of St Stanislaus Parish. He enjoyed spending time with his sons, grandchildren and great grandchildren, neighbors and friends. He was often found tidying up around Daisy’s Ice Cream, or sitting on his porch with his dogs, Pocco then Pugslee then PeeDee.


He’s survived by his Sons: Andrew (Delinda “DJ”) of Wichita KS, Russell (Roger Scheve) of Cleveland, Daughter-in-Law Lynn Cendrowski, granddaughter: Amber (Tim) Lloyd of North Olmsted, grandsons: Dustin Parker, Alex Cendrowski, Nicholas Blair all of Wichita KS. Great grandchildren: Twins, Blake and Evan Lloyd and Dominic Lloyd. Nephew Paul Ligmanowski and PeeDee.


He’s preceded in death by his wife, Helen Ann (1995), son Philip (2008)and daughter-in-law Cathy Cendrowski (2017).


Golubski’s in Slavic Village will handle arrangements for private family time. Then, those who wish can meet for Graveside Service at 2 P.M. Tuesday, November 23rd 2021 at the Ohio Western Reserve National Cemetery, 10175 Rawiga Road, Seville OH 44273.


The family asks that in lieu of flowers, contributions to Hospice of The Western Reserve, in honor of Raymond & Helen Cendrowski.
