Sophia F. Zyback (nee Chlubicki) age 97. Born in Cleveland, Ohio to Stanley and Antoinette (nee Samut) (both deceased). Loving wife of the late Alexander F. Zybak for 56 years. Dearest sister of the following deceased; Hattie Glinka (Raymond), Mary Leszcz (Frank), Julia Gutfranski (Al), Christine Lehman (Al), Virginia Bielek (Vincent), twin, Helen Kopaniky (Elmer) and Estelle Domagalski. Loving aunt, great aunt, great-great aunt and beloved “Grandma” of Toby. Former Vice-President of E. Konigslow Stamping and Tool in Elwood, Indiana for 36 years and volunteer for many years at St. Vincent Mercy Hospital in Elwood, Indiana. She later retired to Strongsville, Ohio. A special thanks to the nurses and aides of Cross Roads Hospice and Villa Camillus for their kindness. Services Monday, July 9, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. at GOLUBSKI FUNERAL HOME 5986 RIDGE RD. PARMA, 44129 and at 11 a.m. at St. Charles Borromeo Church. Entombment at All Saints Cemetery, Northfield, OH.
