Theresa Ann Puchacz, born March 2, 1959, entered peacefully into the hands of the angels on September 27, 2020. Beloved daughter of Helene (nee Golasz) and Sigmund “Siggy” Puchacz (both deceased). She will be looking down on her brothers, Theodore Puchacz (Barbara), Sigmund Puchacz (Bonnie) and sister, Antoinette Adornetto (Alfio). Her nephews, Mario Adornetto, Anthony Adornetto (Jennifer), Dominic Adornetto (Michele), Gino Adornetto, Dan Moody and nieces, Kirsten Cutshall (Bill), Deanna Krischke (Taylor), Kim Prochnick (Alan) and Melissa Oxentine will always remember the fun times especially the camping trips. She will be missed by her great nephews and nieces who enjoyed spending time with her. A Mass celebrating her life will be on Saturday Oct. 3, 2020 at 9:30 A.M. at St. Anthony of Padua Church 6750 State Rd. Parma, OH 44134. Friends received at church Saturday 9 A.M. until time of service.
